I think you can call the Georgia High School Rodeo Association as well.

I used some of my money (only $1.00) on the Quarter Horse Registery of this horse. This horse doesn't exist with the AQHA it says.

Zippo is a very high ranking name that comes from "Zippo Pine Bar" and Smoken Leo is very popular as well.

I have found a lot of "Zippo Smokey" with a lot of last names of Pine, Uno, Gold, Boy, Sue, Wind.

Nothing of Zippo's Smoken Leo.

However, what you said also of the other name doesn't show up. Is he registered Zippo's smoken leo or another?

What is his age and color?

I would constact the High School Association and the Reining Association. See if you can locate/narrow down where he has been.

Is this by chance a Quarter Horse? I think he is. Call the American Quarter Horse Association in Ft. Worth, TX. They should be able to help you. Or try the Reining Horse Association.

This is the wrong forum for specific information on a particular horse. Look for a forum on his breed and a forum/bulletin board/message board about reining horse competitions/horse shows that the animal has competed in recently. Try to remember the names of other horses/riders that competed in those shows and try using them in your search.

This is a question about a pet,,, you should ask it here...
If you have papers.. Check out allbreedpedigrees.com
If not, does it really matter.. If you are willing to take care of him, enjoy him for what he is.. At his age and condition, papers are not that important.
