gerbils are much cleaner than both of those so i advise getting a gerbil or two.

I think both make good pets but me personaly would choose the bunny, most hamsters bite and if you have children of course the bunny will be a more likely pet,I recently bought a guinea pig for my 5 year old and feel I made a great choice of the 3,find out what`s best for you and go with it,thanks!

A hamster. They are so cute and you can hold them a lot and they don't smell as bad as a bunny does. A bunny is also a lot more work.

i think a hamster is better! i have had both and my rabbit died pretty quickly and my hamster didnt so yah also you always have to clean ur rabbitt cage like every week but i guess u have to do that for a hamster cage too!! with hamsters u can have more fun with them and play with them!! they cost less too⥠rabbitts also need vet apt. sometimes and normaly hamsters dont!! if u get a hamster i recomend getting a teddy bear hamster thats what i had!! there so fuzzy and CUTE! over all i recomend a hamsterâ¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥â¥

Rabbits are lot more work than hamsters. You need to understand that rabbits like to chew everything and that they poop a lot. Are you ready for that kind of responsibility? You should read the book the House Rabbit Handbook and go to these sites before you get one.

i've never had a bunny but i've had 2 hamsters...they stink...you have to clean up after them all the time...they will bite the **** out of you...they are good escape artist too...one of mine got out of his cage and was missing for about 3 weeks...so that meant there was hamster poop in every corner of my house...i found him in the bottom of a drawer in my kitchen standing up on his back legs, stiff as a board, like he died while trying to get out...

They are both great pets. I personally prefer rabbits but it depends on your personal needs and schedule.
Rabbits need alot of care, need their cage cleaned out every several days and a ful cleanout every week. \where you just need to do a besic cleanin every week for hamsters.
Rabbits need to be brushed every couple days where only long-haired hamsters need to be brushed occasionally.
the comparison goes on, but i have had both hamsters and a rabbit and rabbits are more time comsuming and need more care.
make sure to do your research before you get any pet and see what pet is most compatible with your schedule!!

hamster is caged until you take it out to play with. A bunny you can cage or train like a cat with a litter pan. your decision
