Well, I don't know about the fly (when I step on them stuff squirts out but it isn't blood), but there are more than a few mosquitos around that have plenty of blood in them--my blood.

Here is a line from a description of insect internals: "The simple circulatory system is composed of a tubular heart that pumps blood forward into the head, from which it diffuses through the tissues and back into the heart." They have a system to deliver nutrients and dump cellular wastes and balance internal fluids and yes that is called blood. However, the blood they got from me is in their digestive tract.

I'm possitive that moquitos and fly both do because I've diesepted bothof them before. I hope that's how you spell it. ( I cut them in half and looked at there insides. I want to be an animal scientist... I think.) lol

yes, but their form of blood is not like ours--theirs are called lymph and mostly clear/white. Since flies have an open circulatory system, they don't have blood vessles--their organs just seem to "swim" in a pool of lymph.

Mosquitoes carry blood, flies do not.
Mosquitoes have a biter/sucker oral apparatus and flies only a licker oral apparatus.
