My pet box turtle keeps flickering the lights whenever I'm in the room. It's hurting my eyes, and I really want him to stop. Whenever I run over to get him, he beats me with a baseball bat. What should I do to make him stop flickering the lights?

My young bunny is inside now all the time in her cage. Now I am letting her out a lot more out of the cage for her exercise. But my question is, how do I catch her to bring her back to her cage? She's too fast!...thanx!

I currently have a sedan and he is getting too big. I thought about a mini van but no roll down window in back. For an SUV, I'd need steps for him to actually get in. I just need some ideas from others who have had the same problem or something similar.

I love animals and would like to have a career involving them. I do not want to be a vet. My question is, what are some other decent paying jobs with animals? I'd prefer to work with mammals. I am getting a business degree but would be willing to take coursework in animal care.

Hey everyone- I got my mom to look into a lease to buy! Now I need ideas on how to lower my boarding payments. I want to keep a horse at this one farm, but board is $425 a month! Mom said that if I can minimize the boarding payments, then I can get a horse! I said I would be able to pay for vet and farrier- which I can do. As I said in my other post, I have lots of horse experience- riding, training, and care. I have proven to my parents that I am responsible enough to own my own horse, which is why they are looking to get me one. So does anyone have any advice on how to lower monthly board payments? Thanks to all who reply!

they preform a sevice like waiters, hair&nail dressers, even grocery sackers!!! but our "clients" bite, pull, fight us tooth and nail, their is probably is like 1/2 of 1% of dogs that get groomed that behave well. i'm just real curious why? the groomers i know love animals and their jobs but we work hard and really appreciate tips, :)

because it seems like alot of folks on here dont, or are people just too damn cheap? i am sooooo sick of people posting questions like "omg my dog won't stop throwing up! what should i do?" you effing idiot, take it to the vet!!! and then they say "oh but i can't afford that!" well ya know what??.....you shouldn't even be a pet owner then!!! people who buy/rescue/or whatever need to realize that just like humans, pets get sick too and if you can not afford vet care then you should NOT be a pet owner!!!!

I have a male and a female, 2 and 3 m.o. I am having them fixed as soon as they are old enough, and was wondering if I could possible introduce another young female to my group and have a trio of house bunnies. They are not caged, and because of this I don't expect my female to be very territorial. I just don't want to make things worse since they are doing so well.
