i lived in Panama' on Howard AFB before we gave the canal back to the Panamaians. I have seen jellyfish and they do not melt in the sun however they do dry up and get wrinkly like grapes turning into raisins their tenticles get shrivled and can still sting you even when they are outside the water. amanda
