We are new corn snake owners and have had an extremely difficult time thus far. First our snake would not eat, we had finally gotten her to eat twice then she once again has refused to eat her last two meals. She is not moving around in her terranium at night like she was before. We are having an a diffcult time getting the cool side of the tank to the correct temperature it keeps dropping into the high 60's. Has she gone into a hibernation state? How do you keep the cool side warm but not too warm I know it's supposed to be 70-75 on the cool side but I can't seem to keep in that range. I have placed a blanket over her terranium which has helped bring up the temp. a couple degrees. What do we do, she needs to eat!

I have a 6 month old yorkie she is a great puppy but I am having some trouble with potty training. I use the potty mats and she was doing fairly well with them but my vet said it was a bad idea. So I started training her to go outdoors it was going fairly well untill winter hit. When I take her out doors all she does is shiver. the last few days her training has went from 90% to 0% . when I take her out doors she stands there it does not matter if we are out side five min or thirty. I am so lost I feel so bad for her. Should I train her to use the potty mats. Please keep in mind she is 6 months and 3.4 Lb and it is 30 out side with out the wind chill.

okay i really want either like a fairly small white fish or a fairly small see through fish. idk what theyre names are and i dont even know if the white one exists. but if it does would you tell me what its name is? and do they do good with bettas?

How is it that dogs are so different from breed to breed? I guess that can be applied to all canines... How come they adapt and differentiate so suddenly?

I saw it on the National Geographic channel, but I can't remember it exactly... I think it had something to do with repetitions in the genetic code...

i had two striped geckos got them from a reptile shop! i fed dem crickets n from day 1 only seemed too be eating! i made sure the tank was warm an made them a moist box they had a hide an plently of water everyday!! 1 died about 2 weeks ago an the other tonite!! they had shakes an didnt do much! they had sand in the tank which was a glass one!i dont really no much about the animals an i afarid i mite have killed them! wen i looked at the dead gecko its tummy had a dark purple mark nearly half the size of its belly? i think mybe it ws a cricket? i would love to be able to get more geckos that wont die!! so any info anyone can give me on how to look after them better would be great!!! eg how to feed them how often? how may times to clean the tank?an wat with? whats the best for the flooring sand or sumting else? any meds dey shuld get? how to handle them? alos if i do get more shuld i get a new tank or jus disinfect the one i have if so with wat??? plz help

No, I do not have a dog with parvovirus. I simply have to do a report on dogs and that's one question I cannot find an asnwer online or in my book for. So, if a dog has parvovirus, within how many hours of clinical signs will most die?

It barks and growls when anyone come to the door or if a open it. It seems afraid of it. It won't go through the dog door unless I hold the flap open even when it watched the other dog go in and out. Today I couldn't even get it to go outside through the door to use the bathroom. He hasnt' gone all day! Help!

I have been to http://www.theagilerat.com/ But I do not have the stuff to make the stuff and how to teach it to my 1 year old rat and my 12 week old rat. Is my 1 ywar old rat too old? Or not? Please help me out. I have put "rat agility equipment" but people do not make it and sell it so I am kind of stuck on what to do. I am making a few things out of legos but it is not very sturdy. My jack russell came to me from a relitive and he never had the attention he should have. He was always kept in a kennel, I want to have him out of his kennel more often then he is, but he is too hyper. Well 2 days ago i bought 2 little dwarf hamsters. They were doing great together. Running around, playing, and everything was going great. But then today i look down in their cage and the female is eating the male. His head is off already, but she's still eating chunks of him and theres blood everywhere. How do i get rid of the cage? And should i still keep the other hamster who is eating the dead one? I dont know why she ate him or killed him or whatever, but it's just gross. Idk wat to do and it wud be great to get some help. Thank you! =)
