There are a lot of white fish - some are albinos, but ithers aren't.

Mollies are indeed white, but don't get a salifin - these are a larger molly species (5-6 inches). Look for a balloon molly or silver molly if you want something about the size of a betta (3 inches).

Some other possibilities that would be good tankmates for a betta are albino corys (corydoras catfish) which are bottom feeders, pearl danios, Congo tetra (actually, quite iridescent colors on a white background).

There's also a white skirt tetra: http://www.fishlore.com/profile-whiteskirttetra.htm but I would use great caution keeping it with a male betta because of the long fins. There's also a glass tetra (Chandra ranga) that give you a little of both white and see-through: http://www.plantedtank.net/fishprofiles/Indian-Glassfish-Chanda-ranga/143 .

Hello!
There are white sailfin Mollies, they are lovely to watch in a tank! Glass cat fish are see-through but grow quite large! Go for a stroll at your local fish store and see what you like, ask the attendants for advice and you may be pleasantly suprised with you you can stock in your tank!

Albino cory cats are white, and a small group of them would do fine with your betta provided you have a big enough tank. They get to be around 2 inches long when full grown, and they'll keep your gravel clean.
