It depends on the breed, it's parents and where you got it from. Usually mutts go for less than purebreds, dogs with parents who were show dogs are usually expensive and getting it from a breeder rather than the pound will be more expensive.

they can range a lot depending on the breed, the parents, and if they were a champion's puppies or not. for average, it's usually about $300-600. but they can also go for more, even a $1,000. if you want to buy a puppy, here's a site you can try, some of the puppies even have all the vaccinations up to date and are dewormed.

It depends on the breed and their pedigree. If they are mutt pups, and not purebreds, they are generally very inexpensive, if not free. If they are purebreds and have been registered, then they can be quite costly.

My advice to you is to find reputable breeders in your area and ask them what they charge for their pups. And when I say your area, I don't just mean in your neighborhood. For instance, I live in Utah, which is in the Western US. If I were doing it, I would contact not only breeders of the same breed here near me, but in the surrounding states, as well.

Try to poll five or six breeders. That should give you a decent general idea of the proper pricing.

Best of luck.

depends on the area and the dog. you can go to the pound and get one for free-60 some odd bucks, or go to a pet store, get one from apuppy mill, and pay upwards of a thousand bucks. my advice, a reliable breeder or rescue an older dog. puppies are a LOT of work, and housebreaking isn't fun. rescued dogs tend to be older and tend to be already housebroken. I got my golden from www.dvgrr.org and he's a great dog. pick a breed and look for a rescue near you and pick a dog.

depends on the breed and where you get it

in pet stores $600-1500
through breeders $200-2000
humane society $50 ?
and some people even give them out for free

those are kinda estimate guesses. for more exact prices, you would have to look into it more.
