Im trying to see if danios are stable fish for my aquarium. Do they live long? are they easy to take care of? What water conditions do they live in?

About 2 weeks ago I bought guppies and put them in a tank with black mollies and 1 other guppy they lived for quite a long time and there was no signs of anything wrong. Then all of a sudden within two days all my fish died. What could be the cause of that? did someone mess with my tank? because my tank is at school for my aquatic science class.

My female dalmatian chews on herself. She is loosing hair, especially from around her neck area where she is unable to chew. I clean her and her bedding to make sure she doesn't have fleas, and I put on medication to stop the itch, and soothe her skin. Nothing seems to be helping her. Anyone have a cure or suggestion?

my dog is my baby, I play with him, i treat him like a baby, sleeps with me. he is the baby among 2 other dogs. the other dogs love him and play with him. he is not afraid. I saw him once imitating the other dog, but no sound came out. is he mute?

We feed our Cocker Spaniels Iams, however I do not like what the Iams company doles to animals...It sickens me. We stopped feeding it and our dogs' coats became dull. What is another quality dog food we can feed them that doesn't torture animals? We also have 6 4wk old pups that are starting to eat food now also, so a food for them too.

I just bought a baby bearded dragon and brought the cage and all accessories home the day before to set up. I have everything. I went ahead and bought a 75 gal so I didn't have to worry about stepping up cage sizes as it grew. My question is about set up. Is there any rule of thumb when locating the water dish and the salad dish within the cage? He(not really sure if it's he or she but will go with he for now) has a ton of room right now being so little in a huge cage and even though it's only been a day hasn't seemed to get comfortable enough to explore the whole thing. Want to make sure I've got his goodies set up right.

When i bought the beardie it was recremended that i get the walnut shells. i was worried about the lizzard eating the shells and geting impacted so a got a seperate feeding tank. Is this okay.

My 6 year old wants a pet...not a cat, dog, hamster, fish or bunny...a danged hedge hog! (I half expected a tiger or a hippo.) I don't think he is ready...what's a good pet to start him out on for a year before I move up to a hedgehog? And what kind of hedgehog info can you give me? I think they're pretty cute, but I've never met one or anyone who has one. I don't want to go into this blindly and have the little thing die or get sick because I was clueless.

can't lock up the bathroom because the cat litter box is in there. can't put the roll up higher because me kid won't be able to reach it. she have bells,string.cat's toys,cat's playhouse with different fun things to play with,stuff animals, cat nips rag, cat have everything thing. I am very worried at the moment. My husband and I may be moving (need to for work advancement and security). We will be moving from Alberta, Canada to Bahrain, Middle East.

We have a one year old siberian husky that is part of our family. We have researched all we need to do to take him and are prepared to pay the large fees to do so.

The one thing that worries us the most is if he will be able to adjust to the weather difference. Right now he is used to temperatures from 36 to -36 degrees celcius throughout the summer and winter months. In Bahrain the temperature range would be 45 to 17 degrees celcius throughout the year.

We would be living in a large airconditioned house there, so that is a plus. With a large backyard, with a pool he could swim in with us.

I am wondering if it is cruelty to bring him...what would be better:

Find him a VERY loving home here (which I would regret for life...cause he is my baby)....or take him with!?

I was wondering if there was any way to tell if my dog has been debarked. I got her from a shelter- she was formerly a puppymill dog. All the noises she makes (crying, whimpering, growling...) sound completely normal. It is only when she barks. It is kind of raspy sounding and definately not as loud as I would imagine it would be (her cries are louder than her barks).

If she has been debarked, can that lead to any other health problems I should watch for?
