You can try placing something underneath it that she doesn't like to or cannot step on.

Here is an interesting solution but you have to cut into the drywall for it which may be more trouble than you need.

I have seen two remedies for this.

One is to flatten the roll of toilet paper so that it does not spin as easily. The cat will end up tearing off pieces of it rather than unrolling it. That is not near as much fun so the cat will get bored with this.

The other was done by a friend of mine. He used a piece of plastic mounted underneath the roll that put pressure on the roll. That prevented it from spinning. Once again, the cat would get bored with just being able to rip off some pieces of it. It still allowed the roll to spin enough so that you could get the toilet paper from the roll. You just needed to tug a bit harder.

They sell a cover that attaches to your TP holder, it prevents them from pulling it off the roll or biting it. It is sort of like a flap over the top. . Our TP kept getting murdered so we just put the roll on the counter now they don't bother it.

This is a fun toy for some cats. Looks like there is no way to stop it, unless she gets tired of the game.

About right, no toilet roll is safe. Mine found one the kids had left on the landing ( from cleaning glasses) and shredded the whole thing - it was all down the stairs !

Turn the roll around so that the loose end goes over the top and down the back side of the roll.

When she tries to unroll it, she will just keep rolling it back up?

If she is grabbing it with her teeth, you're screwed.
