No, no one on here knows - not vets, haven't seen your rabbit, can't diagnose over the internet! Also you haven't given enough details. How much exactly is the rabbit eating? Is he still passing poos? What do you feed him on? Is he vaccinated?

I would get him inside to get him warm, and try to get him to eat. You need to be aware that rabbits don't last more than a few days without eating or pooing, their metabolisms are so fast. If the rabbit does not improve within 12 hours once you've brought him inside, or if he's got worse, you need to get to a vet asap, you have much less time than if this was a cat or a dog. Personally from what you've said, I'd have already made an appointment with a vet.

As the winter is drawing in (I'm assuming yr from the UK), your house will inevitably get colder, as will your rabbit. I would advise you book him into the vets for a check over. I suspect the reason he's not eating & is quiet is that he is just too cold. If possible, move him to a warmer room, or maybe change the timing on your central heating, so it comes on through the day.

You can get small animal "hot water bottles" - they go in the microwave & if you wrap a towel around one, your rabbit might lie against it to warm up. I must stress that you shouldn't use an actual hot water bottle - this can cause scalding or burns. Also, don't leave your bunny unattended with a heat pad, heater etc, as he might lie against it and get burnt.

Is his tummy very hard & swollen, and are his poo's very soft & diarrohea-like? If so, this is a symptom of enteritis, which means he has an upset stomach - this is life threatening, so the vet is needed. In the meantime, you can try feeding plenty of green veg (not lettuce), e.g. cabbage, cucumber, cauliflower greens, and also some natural bio-yoghurt. The yoghurt will help digest any food left in his tummy and will start his guts moving again.

If you're unsure at all, please visit the vets, as small animals can go downhill so quickly. Don't rule out pneumonia, just because he lives inside. In the meantime I would advise plenty of hay in his cage, to curl up in and eat.

Good luck!

P.S. See below for heat pads:

Probably his teeth. Is he grinding them as he sits there?
You don't say how old he is.Rabbits get teeth problems as they get older & need veterinary treatment. At a cost!
