Besides those you've mentioned, there's the prehensile-tailed skink (expensive, since they're now on the CITES list), chuckwallas, and spiny-tailed agamids.

There are others that are primarily herbivorous, but should have some insects occasionally, like the crested gecko.

Also bearded dragons eat plants. (As well as insects.)
