I trimmed my dogs nail too far back and it won't stop bleeding.....what can I do to make it stop?!

he is bruised,hard time walking,will not eat,also has a slight cough. last night he had bloody nose that lasted about 4hrs. nose was bleeding at vets office also

I've tried those petmate water filter fountain, but it didn't work. I hate that darn thing. My little gray cat runs into the tub whenever I have to use the toilet. It's really annoying because she just stares at me and meows as if yelling for me to turn on the water. Ugh. Any suggestions? I give her fresh water every day in her bowl.

Here's the scenario: She'll be all relaxed and start purring, so I pet her. She likes it and gets relaxed, but then she suddenly grabs me and bites the heck out of me. Often she will break the skin with her teeth. She's 11 years old and has always been like that since a kitten. I realized yelling at her didn't help, so I just try and take cues when she's ready to do it. It's a huge pain. Why does she do this and what does it mean? Believe it or not, she's a great cat. I love her a lot and wherever I go, she goes. She's also leash trained and is great in a car.

About once a week or every other week, she vomits.

Diet suggestions? Something that might help prevent this?

I understand feeding the poor cats, since they can't find enough food, but feeding possums is ridiculous! I've seen a lot of people on this forum, who say that possums deserve to eat too, and that they should be able to share the food with feral cats. That's absurd! Possums can feed themselves. So why would you allow
an ugly disease ridden creature like that to eat with your outdoor cats? So they can share rabies? Gimme a break!

I just asked what kind of dog my new pup was and mostly everyone agreed it was a Jack Russell mixed with Beagle, now I am wondering how long does it usually take for a Jack Russell to grow to full size and how big will he get? I'm converting my 10gal freshwater aquarium to a saltwater fish only. I have a marinelnd powerfilter, thermometer, heater and light (I will change the bulb to 50/50). I know I will be needing new sand (aragonite) and hydrometer.
My question is, do I still need a protein skimmer? powerhead? or my powerfilter will be enough (he powerfilter is for 20gal, so this is kinda strong for 10gal)?

I know a lot of you would say don't use a 10gal aquarium for saltwater, but this is the only available for me now due to space.

I have a shih tzu/Lhasa Apso female and I am looking to breed her for myself. I want another dog. And since she is so cute I want it to be from her. But I have no idea where I can go about looking for a person with a male dog of any smaller breed. Last time I asked a question like this, I got back rude replies stating that I shouldn't breed dogs because it's people like me that make it so that there are too many dogs that are strays. If you are like this, keep your nose out of it. After I breed her this once, I am getting her fixed. And as soon as her baby or babies are old enough I plan of getting them fixed also. Like I said, I just want another small dog without the cost of buying another one. So if there is anybody in Wisconsin near Coloma/Plover/Wautoma area with a small male dog of any breed and are willing to let me breed my dog with him PLEASE email me or leave me your email. I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you.

I foster sat a dog for a night in order to see if I would want one. He was so loving and wonderful. I took him outside to do his business after eating, once during the night, and several other times during the day. He was a 1 1/2 year old terrier mix. He still peed and pooped everywhere in the apt. He has been fixed. He also tore my blind up in my bedroom while I was out getting groceries. I shouldn't have crated him while gone though, right? What am I doing wrong? I want to have a dog, but I want to have an apt deposit left when I leave, too.

he is only 1 year old every time i feed him he attack his tail i think he thinks that his tail is his enemy. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. We did start giving him beef from our shop ithought that started it but i only have to go outside to pay attention to him and he starts doin it again.

i have been a country girl most my life and was elated when i got my very own horse and even more so when i got my second. at first they absolutley detested each other and my first horse was happy to be ridden, but now the two horses are best buds and can not or will not be seperated. how can i get them to seperate long enough so i can ride?
