Like, she was fine the first few days we got her - she even started warming up to us. But then, two weeks after we got her, she bit me.
Her cage is made of plastic, but the lid at the top (it slides off) is made of bars. It's perfect. There's a rainbow that goes over the whole thing up near the bars at the top. once, I went into my room, and she was hanging from her paws from those top bars! She was absolutely fine though - is this normal, or is she just really clever, or is she just an odd one out?

I just found a crayfsh before walking in grass by a little stream and i took it backto my house ( the little stream is like right nest to it ) and i put it in my freshwater tank with my gold fish, hes builing like somethin gin the corner like a fort out of the rocks, its cool thou. i was wondering what they eat, and if they are like 'fish' and live under water or do they need to come upand rest for air? please let me know some info so i can take good care of him or her!

I have a shih tzu and in a month she is going to get groomed for the first time and get her picture taken by a professional photographer. Is there anybody that can give me a step by step on how to make a cute and different bow...not the normal though because that's too blahh...i was thinking on a little rose flower or something like that.

I got my 6mnth old puppy home, he came from a kennel. Hes very
shy, I have had him for a week now. He is coming around but still
runs from me when I go to pet him or pick him up. He is not mean
or aggressive, and never trys to bite. Once I get him, he acts fine.
He makes me feel bad because he acts like he thinks I'm going to
hurt him which I would never do. What can I do to make him feel
safer? Do you think its because he was mistreated or just because
of being alone at the kennel? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Chetco looks like your an expert can you help me?

besides fish and birds I want a kitten please give me some advice?!?!?!?Becaus i really want a kitten pluss even if they do let me they wont buy me anything it really needs. like for example a litter box

She was all happy and playful and then she scooted under my bed like she usually does and when she didn't come out in about 5 mins i checked on her and i relieze that she had died. I'm completely upset. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any explaintion?

I have a 6-months old Korean Jindo. She's adorable, but just refuses to eat commercial dog foods. I tried all different brands, but she's only interested for maybe two days. I have to mix in can or human food, and she still picks it out and leaves the dry food behind. She is too skinny! Help!

but the dog is really cute and is a male loves to run around does not like his food bites if you get him mad looks at you when eating he is a puppy when he goes outside he only listens to my dad but if it is the first time seeing him he will follow if not he will run away he got bite in the neck 1 time lost 2 teeth and 1 nail and when he lost the nail he did not cry he just loves human food when you eat meet he barks at you cause he wants some and likes new people

Ok yesterday, I found a big turtle in my pool. I was able to get it out with my net...the thing weighed about 3-4 pounds - maybe more. Today I was cleaning my pool and in the skimmer were 2 itzy bitzy turtle...how cute...ok mom is long gone by now..what would you do with them...and what do baby turtles eat? I'm afraid to put them in the back yard...which by the way I have 3 acres of back yard. I'm afraid something will eat them. Like an owl or something. Anybody an expert on turtles?

We came home today and found a litter of newborn puppies in our back yard. My sons female dog had them today. He is the one who feeds and waters her every day, so I never knew she was pregnant, especially since she has a very long, thick coat and didn't look pregnant. I never got her fixed (my mistake I know) and I was nieve to think that a stray couldn't get in our backyard, but one apparently did. Now I have 5 newborn puppies that I have to find homes for. What is the best way to go about this? Newspaper ad, signs around town, or what?

We feed our fish 3 times a day but they are always digging in the rocks and plastic trees for extra food. I am glad they do this personally because it helps keep the tank clean, but I wonder if it is healthy for them or if I am underfeeding them.
