What has your cat brought you that was horrifying? They view this as a gift. I appreciate the thought but sometimes it is pretty rough to receive the offering.

She seems hungry all the time,she will eat pretty much anything,crisp,noodles,even vegetables sometimes. She eats alot but isnt fat or anything. I did give her worm tablets when i first had her,about 6 months ago.

I just bought it today, shes a little westie, called Daisy. I don't like all these t-shirts and everthing people put on dogs, but I thought a scarf wasn't too bad, they had matching leg warmers but i resisted lol.

I am self employed and have been considering getting a dog, I would bring it to work with me everyday so it wouldn't be left home alone. I work in a large office - there are only 2 employees. I just wanted to know if anyone out there takes their dog to work, and what are the good and bad points. Also what type of dog is it?

Hi, I have recently inherited a tortoise - which is now in the phases of hybernating for the winter. I got him over the summer and have created a pen for him in my garden which is approximately 2.5m by 1m. I have shelter for him, which is an unpside down cat box, but was unsure if he should have more 'natural' shelter (i.e. plants, shrubs) and should I include a watering hole (miniture pond) for him to drink out of. It's just the pen looks incrediblly boring and I know if I was going to live for 50+ years, I would want my home to be a palace!

it doesn't seem to be getting better. The first day it seemed to help (4days ago i started treatment) but now it seems to be getting bad again. Is this normal? It's only in 1 ear and I clean it out well and give him benedryl so he won't scratch it but now the ear looks clean and the odor is lessened but it is very sore and he walks around w/his tilted to the side. I was wondering if anyone has any "home remedies" that might help.

Besides the obvious answer of physical separation, does anyone have suggestions for keeping my cockatiel pair from wanting to nest and breed again so soon? They have raised 2 clutches in the past 3 months and their babies are wonderfully tame. But, until I find homes for everyone, I have to put up with a screaming male kept away from his girl.
