My tom-cat loves climbing in the garden, but he likes it best when people are watching (and adoring) him up on the trees. He has already used an open window in the first floor to enter someone else's flat.

the day gone by there became a lovable tale a pair of cat who insisted on slumbering interior the kitchen sink, so it needless to say wasn't bothered by ability of the top of the counter appropriate. yet there's a huge difference between that and a 2d tale. possibly he does not understand that the window will act like a wall for him. Cats are straightforward to climb trees; yet purely whilst they're chased up. they frequently can no longer get pass into opposite by ability of themselves.

No, his is not, but as a kitten they do tend to be afriad of heights. Leave your cat outside an hour a day, try to keep an eye on him/her, preferbly in an enclosed area, like your back garden, hopefully there will be s tree or something he/she will climb on.
good luck.
