My flat is small and I don't want to lock her out of the room. She always wakes me up in the middle of the night biting my nose and my chin and purring loudly, generally trying to be playful. I eventually kick her out of the room, then she is quiet until my alarm is going to go off until she meows to come back in my room, which is fine. If only she didn't wake me up at stupid hours it'd be perfect. I know they have a good internal clock so why the night time waking? I hoped the kicking her out would show her that it's wrong to wake me up but it hasn't worked. Any tips for teaching them how to behave??

Kittens are getting bigger and are not crying all the time, but mothers nipples just don't seem to have any milk?? How do I know that the fact that they sleep and seem content is not them getting weaker?? I am new to this so, it may be just me worrying too much, but I don't want anything to happen to the babies..

Please help me, we have tried EVERYTHING! We have 4 cats in the house, 2 male and 2 female. 2 of which are siamese and 1 tonkaniese and 1 tabby. 1 siamese and the tonkaniese are both male. It is the siamese one we're having troubles with! He wont stop spraying. They have all been neutered. Nothing as far as we know has changed in the house, yet at every opportunity, he will spray anything! We have used Feliway, which has no affect, and at our wits end.
Our last resort is to adopt out the two siamese - which I really dont want to do. Does anyone know of a good Cat behaviourist/psychologist I can get in touch with - Im desperate!

my cat juz died and left me with a kitten. the kitten already has teeth but i doubt if she can already eat solid foods. is it ok if juz feed the kitten with milk out of powdered milk by the use of a dropper? or is there any alternative for cat's milk?

My Dog and My Neighbors Dog Always Play Together.. Well Yesterday As Always They Were Playing... They Both Decided To Lay Down And Rest... And While My Dog Was Underneath A Lawn Chair.. I have a 6 month old Black lab named Saghani Takoda. My dream has always been to have a therapy dog. I have started obviously with the basic training in obediance. What I am looking for now is what kind of specific training will she need other than obidiance in order to fill her roll as a therapy dog! There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a smile that a dog brings to a sick child's or person's face! Any ideas for a web site to go to or organization would be greatly appreciated!

My dog was diagnosed with mild liver failure a couple of yrs ago (she's 13 now), and refused to eat hills cd, so the vets were happy for her to stay on her usual diet.

A couple of weeks ago, she became reluctant to eat, a few days later she collapsed for a few seconds. The vets werent sure if she had a splenic tumour, it was enlarged and her abdomen was tender, they wanted to open her up but said if it was cancer they wouldnt bring her around from the anaesthetic. I was (obviously) reluctant for this, her ALT blood was elevated but not as high as on diagnosis of liver failure. They gave her a steroid injection, started oxycare antibiotics and zentonil. Her appetite picked up and on a re-visit the spleen was normal size and her abdomen was non tender. Initially she would only eat chicken and potatoes then i was able to introduce dog food similar to ceasars, she wont eat usual food, then she stopped eating that, now will only eat chicken the vets say there is nothing they can do

My daughter was refused entry to our local supermarket with her puppy, which was in a secure dog carrier bag, citing health & safety reasons ! When I purchased the bag, I was advised that it met all environmental, health & safety requirements and she could use it to take her puppy to shopping malls, supermarkets etc. Up until now, we have had no problems. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or knowledge of the legislation, as the dog is not freely roaming about. Staff couldn't tell me what health & safety rules were being broken, but they still refused her admission. Thanks.

I make homemade dog cookies, they are crunchy not soft,
different shapes(bones,and assorted cookies cutter according to the holidays, some have sprinkles),different flavors, and some are even
without meat(peanut butter based). I am having a brain fart
as to a name for my cookies (my recipe). My name is Marni.
But I am not sure if I want my name in the name or not..
It needs to be CATCHY..please help... I dont need a recipe... I have a great one that I created... smile.. thanks...

i washed it with warm soapy water, and then sprayed with disefectant. but the smell is still there, i only bought the mattress less than 4 weeks ago.
