I have 2 Paraketes and they are both kinda skinny. All I feed them is bird seed. Is their anything I can feed them to fatten them up. Or they may have something wrong with them. Can some bird lover help? I don't know much about them.

I have a 7 month old beagle who is totally unreliable off leash, and outside, or even inside when we have visitors (i don't let her off leash, she sometimes manages to get out of the house when front door open). Anyways, she's been to puppy kindy, and loves other dogs, and people. We just want her to listen to our commands more and so are going to take her to obedience school. As yet she only comes, sits, and such when she feels like it, and when she knows for sure we have treats.
What is better : group sessions (where there are distractions in the form of other dogs), or one on one lessons at a park.

At home she is not really a trouble dog, and i adhere to many dominance methods, eg. pretending to eat out of her bowl, and ignoring her.

Skeeter is 7, and just itches a lot. No dry skin or sore patches. I have him groomed about 4 times a year. The vet says to keep him on Science Diet- lamb and rice. Have done this for over 3 years and can't see any change. Other than the itching, which seems to bother me more than Skeeter, he is a happy healthy little fellow. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank-you.

We have 3 adorable guinea pigs that we bought a couple of years ago, but now we need to find a new home for them. I have developed a horrible allergy to them, which triggers off my asthma. We really would like to keep them together because they are like sisters. We live near Albuquerque, so if anyone knows of a good home, please let me know. Thanks.

As I posted in a previous post, I just got an unexpected litter of puppies from my sons female dog. This dog was always a little irritable, but only towards strangers, never towards any of us. When I found the puppies, they were laying in the middle of the backyard, so I scooped them up and put them in a box with a blanket, until I could move the moma into a kennel. Once I got her settled in, I put the puppies back with her and I left her alone for an hour or 2, then I went to take her a bowl of Puppy Chow and she was growling at me. I told my husband to go see if she did the same to him, and she did. She hasn't been aggresive towards us before, only strangers. I have a female Siberian Husky who had a litter in the spring and she was not at all aggresive towards me, when she had her puppies. Why is this dog acting so differently?

I need help convincing my parents to get em a horse. I have already considered all costs. I would be able to work off board at the stable, and they cover the costs of feed, hay, water, shavings. I would be able to pay for the yearly vet visits and teeth floating. I am certified in trimming of horse hooves, so that takes off $35 every other month. I have over $500 saved in case of an emergency, and I will always deposit into my savings when I am paid. The intial purchase price of the horse I want is $1200. And this price is a great price for this horse. He is amzingly trained and willing to please. I have bonded so much with him. I want some ideas on how to convince my parents to get him. I know they have enough money, because they have said so, but they won't tell me why I can't get a horse. My dad said to talk with my mom and go by what she says, and everything will work out. I don't get this! Please help!!

Is there anything I can put there other than carpet to help stop her from falling? She is a cockapoo and is blind in one eye, so it could be the depth perception or all of the fur. She was shaved last week and is still falling down, so I don't think it's the fur. Or she could just be an idiot. She's not the smartest dog in the world but I still love her. I don't want her to get hurt, but my mother doesn't want carpet on the stairs and we can't isolate her on the first floor either. Any ideas?
