Heres the deal... we are rescuing a Hurricane Kantrina dog. but we cant get a volunteer to pick him up at the shelter and take him to the airport so he can get on his flight to our loving home in Canada. Anyone have suggestions, or free time to spare for a rescue dog?

He seems to be able to smell them no matter what we put them in. We have tried cheese, meatballs, wieners, deli meat, peanut butter, and just putting them in his food. He won't eat it.

My pekingese is really really picky of eating when it's time for me to feed him. If he does not like the food he won't eat it. Sometime he does not eat at all, I don't know what is wrong with him. When he doesn't eat or like a food I try to give him a different kind of food sometimes he would eat it and sometime he would not.

I think my dogs paw may be peeling because I walk her almost everyday since may this year in 2006. Now in July the cement is hot and my dog and I walk 20 blocks frequently. It could be her paw it getting damaged because of the high temperatures which heat up the cement. If you think you know why her paws are peeling please give me an answer as soon as possible. Thankyou ! if this helps my dog is a chihuahua mix with white fur and black spots. She has floppy ears and is relatively small. She is goingf to be two thid year in November 25.

My cat got stuck on a roof and they would not come out until she has been up there for 48 hours. Then when the 48 hours were up they still wouldn't come, saying that if she got up she would get down. Now i know this makes sense but not under her circumstances. She climbs up the garden fence, jumps up onto the bungalow roof next door, which then leads onto the bottom of my roof, and up she goes, but from there she then jumps 15 feet down to next doors roof (on a lowe level) and is then stuck cos she can jump down that far but not up. We have a very strange shaped roof and that is the problem. When i asked the RSPCA about all the resues they do on TV i was told that that is just for the telly!! In the end i paid someone to go up a ladder and get her..........
