I assume that sleep isn't the answer.

I'd put the kitten outside of the bedroom. If she is always active at
bed time try playing with her before bed time to wear her down.
Also remember that cats like to be active at night.

A barrell of laughs! I let a cidada(large green insect that makes a rattling/buzzing sound,also called a locust) in for my cat last night and she had a ball!! But not into the bdrm.because that is the place to sleep.
