when my dog "hidin" is her name is around trees and shrubs outisde, or even indoor plants she walks very slowly, almost creeping around them what does this mean

i just got a new filly she is about fourteen months old and about a a week ago she started drooling and i cant figure out why she is still eating and drinking as normal and acts fine i have a vet coming out to look at her but i thought i would see if anyone has ever seen this before

i have a 5year old bulldog i got from the pound,i felt sorry for him no one wanted him,im not sure what type i want, do some dogs get on better together than others?and is it true that if the new dog is male Pugsy wont except it and they will fight all the time.thanks in advance

I have a 2 year old Beagle who is on the whole good on the lead, but when ever we take her in to town if we pass a butcher shop she cowers, pulls away, her tail is tight in under her and yeterday slipped her harness trying to get away. I would of thought most dogs would be trying to get in not get away. On our way in to town we had to pass 4 butchers and in the end it was easier to pick her up and carry her past them than trying to make her walk past.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why she does this?
Do you think she could be finding all the smells too much to cope with maybe?
Any ideas would be a help. Thanks.

I was curious...how many people have cats who let you brush their teeth? I have tried many times, but I haven't had a cat who liked it or would let me. Vets say it's best to practice good dental hygiene rather than waiting for their teeth to get nasty and infected (same with dogs). I have two cats...one eats mostly wet food and the other dry food. The one who eats mostly dry food has nice, white SHARP teeth. The one who eats wet food doesn't exactly have a nice smile. (They are 8 years old.) Obviously the dry food helps keep them in shape. Just curious if you brush your cat's teeth.

Pet daycare, airconditioners in dog houses, gourmet doggie diners (I saw this with my own eyes on the Animal Planet channel), referring to them as our children, and even giving human names... I actually love animals and have an adorable calico kitty at home. But, I just think that most of the money and love that we lavish on our four-legged friends should be given to benefit the homeless, orphans, terminally ill...PEOPLE of the world.
