actually any type of excess clover can cause it, also she may be getting to much grass but its not something to worry about too much. just get her off of the clover as much bring her inside for 12 hours and let her out for 12 make it half and half that way she doesnt get fat either.

If she is out on pasture she could be eating something that is casuing it. Some weed or something that has been sprayed for weeds. Some chemicals can make them drool.
Also she could be teething and that can make the drool.
I would have the vet look but becasue she is eating and drinking I think it is not really serious.

Does she have access to white clover? Eating that small white clover that grows in a lot of groves and pastures can cause a reaction in a horse that makes them drool a lot.

I worked at a place that feed lower grade hay to their horses which was fine except for these seeds that were all through it. One day we saw one of our ponies who was drooling uncontrollably and had this oozing green stuff coming out of his mouth. Turns out he had all these seeds stuck between his back teeth and his cheeks, poor thing! We had to hose his mouth out and try to reach in and pull them all out. He was ok in the end. No more of that hay for him though. Don't know if its whats up with your horse, but...

Good luck :)

i would say shes teething. have the vet look at her teeth. i dont think its a problem since shes eating and drinking regularly, its probably not causing that much pain, if any at all.
