Sure just go down to the municipal building and get one.

Realistic answer:
Get rabies cert at the free town clinic and write on there Labrador. Use it to get a license that you also write down labrador retirever...If they pass BSL they will kill your dog. Most towns don't require a lic until 7 or 8 months old. Be careful when talking with your homeowners ins co as well.

In my state, Colorado, pitbulls are banned in certain counties and you cannot get a liscence, try asking a local vet or shelter where you live.

Can't get a licence w/out a rabies certificate. Pup should be over 6 mons.
