I am so glad that there are people like you in this world to help make sure that our little friends are kept humanely. I went through a similar situation and had to call ASPCA on a pet shop for the way she had the place so filthy and the animals she was selling were kept in filth. Needless to say, the ASPCA came out and made her clean up. Now I walk in her shop every few months and make sure those animals are being well maintained. I'm glad that you're making it your business. If more people were like us, then this world might just be a little better. So don't stay out of it and don't stop trying. And I'm not a professional. I'm just a regular animal loving person. ( To the idiot who asked if you were a professional)

Any of the local police, animal shelters, and kennel clubs like AKC and the rest it might even help to report it to your local TV station just to see if they can help you get them investigated. There was a breeder here locally that was reported to our local TV station and later held reliable for all they was doing. But you must do something if you truly believe the dogs are at risk of not being properly took care.

Thank you so much for watching out for the furkids. If we don't do it nobody else will. All the idiots on here who don't know that are uncouth lower class individuals with no worth whatsoever. Start by calling the local SPCA, then call the Animal Control or Humane Society. If they don't do anything call the police, local vets and if none of them do anything speak to your local paper and see if they won't run an article or ad to spread knowledge about whats going on. Thank you again for watching out for our kids.

Call animal control or the police.
I volunteer for a small dog rescue in Michigan (Peke A Tzu Rescue) and you wouldn't believe the pups we get from those places. In most cases we must house them in our volunteer foster homes for up to a year or longer just to acclimate these frightened little guys to people. In many cases it takes them that long to stop spinning in circles from what's called "Kennel Crazy".
Please don't wait. They won't be put down - they'll be turned over to a rescue who can help.
Also, from time to time remember the rescues and make a small donation..... even $1 helps. All of our pups are paid for strictly through donations..... check out our website for more info.

Thanks so much and good luck.
Please contact me if you'd like more info.

ASPCA, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Also a local shelter. Good Luck and I am glad you are doing something about animal neglect.

I'm glad to see you have received some very good advice from contributors.
In fact their replies have renewed my interest in ASK.COM.
Unfortunately to many idiots, like the few that have answered your inquiry are flooding ASK with questions and answers easily researched or just plain idiotic.
I might add the Humane Society and the Dept.of Consumers Affairs to your list.
What goes on around you is your business and will eventually effect you.
In fact, most that goes on in the world concerns you in one sense or another.

Don't listen to that idiot who said to butt out. If you suspect something is wrong, you have every right to report it. You don't need to be a professional to spot problems. If they are innocent, this will be found. If not, then you could be saving animals. Contact the SPCA or local police.

Get real. Most are for the owners guilt anyway. Use ones with online cameras you can check in during the day and see what is going on. Ohhh, yeah, and walk your dog daily.
Strike it up to experience and move on. Lifes short. And, your dogs is even shorter.

Your local animal control. Sometimes it takes multiple complaints before they will actually investigate, ask around if other people think the same thing and ask them if they would call too. Everyone can remain anonymous.
