Have there been any prosecutions for this recently and who brought them - the local sheriff or a nosey neighbour reporting someone? Would you report someone for violating this law and what would that say about *you* for having noticed?

Not once in the article above did the writer say anything about the Taliban wiping out Opium production and instead says the Taliban is using the production to further their agenda.

I read the wikipedia articles, and the links from wikipedia, about the snowtown murders, and i have just never heard of such unremorseful brutality before.

Since stuff about OJ is in the news again this week, I will ask this for you forensic pros.......we all know the famous "If the glove won't fit, you must acquit!" used by Johnnie Cochran. Why did the prosecution/lawyers not use an identical brand and size glove to test it for themselves. Everyone knows that leather changes shape/size once it is dampened whether by water or blood. So the glove got damp and shrank. Use a similar glove of original size.

Why didn't the lawyers do that? If they had done that with the identical new glove...it would have been case closed! Any thoughts???

I know he's in real estate and they're supposedly dept free. I'm curious what the agreement is between them and the Discovery Channel. Do they make a large amount of money off the shows? Do they do it to get their "message" out to the public with no financial gain? Do they get donations in the form of a vehicle, home appliances, food, ect?

i have just been charged £30 from lloyds tsb for going overdrawn by 3p.been on the phone and was told as soon as you go over by 1p you are charged. how can this be justified?
