why are we rebuilding the I35 bridge but the twin towers we brought to china right away?

I live in Minneapolis, the feds are taking all the steal from the I35 bridge and are gonna re-construct the bridge to see exactly how it collasped, now call me nuts but 9/11 was not invesitaged to this point all the steel was shipped to china before we could invistage

There were too many 'skeletons' in the 9-11 closet. The Bush administration had to discard the evidence before 'snoopy' engineers, contractors, scientists and other experts started sniffing around for "the truth".
I don't know that any of the steel was shipped to China; however, much of the discarded wreckage was used in the construction of a new U.S. battleship.
The events surrounding this incident on 9-11-01 were covered up quickly - and for good reason. If anyone ever found out that the BUSH ADMINISTRATION had anything to do with that tragedy, we'd have demanded Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld's necks on a noose! -RKO- 08/04/07

There wasn't any problem with the structural integrity of the Twin Towers. That was never an issue (until recently all the conspiracy nuts have come out). The towers went down because they weren't designed to withstand the heat of jet fuel fires raging on three or four floors. They did survive the impacts - not the fires. No mystery there. The MN bridge, however, is a mystery at this point. This is why it must be investigated. The Empire State Building was also struck by a bomber on a training flight in 1945. There was no fire and the building is still fine today. Skyscrapers are designed to stand up to a lot, including 100 plus mph winds. But fire protection systems in the T. Towers were overwhelmed and knocked out by the initial impacts. We know that a thick tree branch is hard to break. Burn the center of it for a while and it snaps easily.

The bridge did not collapse as the result of a terrorist attack. I live in Minneapolis too, and I am pretty sure there were no airplanes crashing into the bridge. Lots of witnesses. No one has reported seeing airplanes flying into the bridge on purpose. Of course, if my brain thought like yours I would automatically assume they had covered up the planes before any witnesses could get to the scene or the media could film it. Perhaps it was a bridge conspiracy. And no doubt Bush is covering up something there, too.

They are going to reconstruct the bridge to figure out where the weak spot is, so they can repair similar bridges in the area and will know what to look for. Why would they
reconstruct the Twin Towers when they KNOW they did not fall due to construction issues, but due to PLANES FLYING INTO THEM.

The Bush Administration is to blame for 9/11? I think Bush was in office about 5 minutes when that happened. My he works fast.

You should get together with that whine bag Amy Klobucher. You two could work each other into a frenzy.

I live here too. They haven't moved any steEl, okay. Just chill. It's important to figure out what went wrong, but none of that is going to happen until every family has closure on their missing loved ones. Let's not forget the families who are still waiting in agony.

Get your facts straight, the steel was sold to Korea. Our mills, because of all the air pollution it would have caused could not smelter the steel from the towers.
