And I cant baby sit she wont help me.

Dear little girl, you're too young to "make money quick".
Be a good child, study hard & listen to your Mum.
You're still a baby yourself, thats why you can't babysit.
Why do you need money?
If you're facing some kind problem, talk to someone you trust about it. Money is not the answer.
