I know he's in real estate and they're supposedly dept free. I'm curious what the agreement is between them and the Discovery Channel. Do they make a large amount of money off the shows? Do they do it to get their "message" out to the public with no financial gain? Do they get donations in the form of a vehicle, home appliances, food, ect?

I do know that they got their house remodled for FREE, and I think its a disgrace having that many children, there is no way that they can spend quality time with any of those kids. It makes me sick just to watch them!!!!!!!!

That's a very interesting question. I unfortunately don't have any answers. But I have often wondered the same thing. I don't watch it often, but catch it every now and then. I saw the grocery shopping episode and it was like $1,700.00 and that isn't for the entire month. Who has that kind of money on top of everything else?

They paid off all their debt before they started having kids...then they just saved their money and paid cash for stuff and when they built their house they basically did it all themselves w/ very little outside help....
