if the victim was your daughter, sister or wife then how would you like them to be punished. would be so forgiving to let them stay in prison for a 100 years. do you honestly believe they will suffer in prison.... i dont.

I've seen the video of the judge and his... emotional... ruling regarding Anna Nicole's remains. The exagerated use of dramatics is astounding and unprofessional; I'm skeptical about the legitimacy of the ruling. Does anyone else smell money involved there somewhere?

I do but i don't think Howard Stern should have anything to do with the decision.He seems to be after her money.I feel like he pushed her into more and more drugs and she really had lost control.He could have helped her but he pushed her to the point that she didn't even know what she was doing anymore.I think he did it on purpose and was after her money.....

I am referring to the Mohammed Atta who was once supposed to have been part of the top of al-Qaida, not the person with an almost identical sounding name who was on trial for the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

It strikes me as something that could be true.

However, it is hard to know what to believe, given what is required of members of the media in order to obtain their coveted jobs and to pay their ongoing dues to the System that hired them.

before lunch the attorney from L.A. for the white guy berk whatever, demanded the judge to rule on one aspect, so as to which the L.A. attorney for the oklahoma kid, could then walk down the hall, file a motion there in repsonse to a denial.

Everyone says the judge already had his mind made up after lunch.
Was it because judge knew there, he either had to pass the buck or answer that L.A. attorneys motion for ruling on her motion.

I think thats what it was....yeah thats what it is....thats how we're going to play it

He is a real jerk. I don't think he has to be so nasty to any party no matter what he thinks of them. Also, he keeps addressing the paternity matter which is not his case! Don't you think that she should be buried next to her son? I can't believe the judge doesn't agree! I mean, if Danny was burid in the South Pole, she should be buried next to him. That was her wish.

Can anyone help me out to find which hostage crisis this was? A young woman who is held hostage - possibly with another woman I don't quite remember - is transported by the hostage-takers and at one point interviewed by tv through the window of the car she is in. She was a very pretty girl and she seemed scared but hopeful of a good ending. A day or so later she was shot and killed.

The interview footage is quite famous and it's been going round my head but I cannot remember the whole story.
