He is a real jerk. I don't think he has to be so nasty to any party no matter what he thinks of them. Also, he keeps addressing the paternity matter which is not his case! Don't you think that she should be buried next to her son? I can't believe the judge doesn't agree! I mean, if Danny was burid in the South Pole, she should be buried next to him. That was her wish.

Anna should be buried next to her son because that was her final wish.
Howard, her lover/ lawyer deserves the right to make all final decisions in regards to estate and burial wishes.
I also feel he deserves full custody of Anna's baby because he is the only father that baby knows

I agree, she does need to be buried next to her son......However, I don't trust Howard K. Stern and I believe her mother, should take custody of her body and funeral arrangements.....I am disgusted of this man profiting off of her in life and death.....He should be disbarred and a criminal investigation should be done on both Anna Nicole and her son Daniels death.....
As far as this Judge, I think he is a clown and I just hope he makes the proper decisions regarding this woman.....I think Judges have too much power in this country....

I don't know why it is so hard to figure out she burried her Son in the Bahamas- why would she want to be burried anyplace else???? Seems like a no brainer!!! I don't understand how little respect is being shown to Anna Nicole Smith- she has the right to be burried with the same dignity as anyone else. She has to be freaking out where ever it is she is at now- so sad.

He definitely is an eccentric with an agenda. He could have made a ruling already. All this rhetoric going on in court is unnecessary. He stated that "there is no circus here". Well that's exactly what he has created, & it looks intentional to me. Pure sensationalism. Bury the girl in the plot she chose & get it over with. They still haven't started a hearing on who's the daddy. Please!!!!

I think he just likes to have the TV publicity and that he is dragging it out because of that.
