Forget all the conspiracy theories, and everything written in the gutter press, and put yourselves in the McCanns' shoes. If you were 100% completely and utterly innocent how would you feel about some of the very negative things that have been written and said about you? I have my own thoughts about what's going on, but what I want to know is how YOU would feel if you were a McCann and you KNOW you are innocent? What effect would the negativity have on you?

when they "realised" that Madeleine had "disappeared". Does that sound like the sort of thing a distraught parent would do?????

I see so many people accusing the PJ of all sorts of horrible things. Apparently searching for Madeleine is a bad thing now according to 1 or 2. If your child was missing wouldnt you be happy if the entire world was searched and every possible sighting investigated? I guess it is ok to make accusations against the police who are actually looking for Madeleine and her perpetraitor but not ok to accuse the McCanns. Seems a bit hypocritical to me doesnt it.

I was getting depressed by all the miserable weather so I have been out and purchased a mac in a sac - with leggins - bright blue. I have some silver fashion boots which I am wearing out (not my usual high heels), a waterproof woolly hat (how the manufacturers have managed that I have no idea) and I am learning to whistle to brighten up my day, a bit tricky with the dental work having fallen down the stairs a while back. So I am out and about looking like Michelin Man with a smile and whistle (sort of) anyone have any more ideas for me to follow? What are you doing?

So, children of 13 to be allowed to decide their own medical treatment regardless of the parents wishes.

So Mums & Dads prepare for your offspring to be on the pill, having abortions, and generally refusing treatment if they don't want it with the laws blessing!

Do you think it's a good thing or is this the liberal brigade going from the sublime to the ridiculous?

Myanmar's government appeared to have cut public Internet access and troops occupied key Buddhist monasteries on Friday, witnesses and diplomats said, in an effort to end demonstrations against the ruling junta.
The Internet in particular has played a crucial role in getting news and images of the pro-democracy protests to the outside world.
Thursday was the most violent day in more than a month of protests — which at their height have brought an estimated 70,000 demonstrators to the streets. Bloody sandals lay scattered on some streets as protesters fled shouting "Give us freedom, give us freedom!"
Truckloads of troops in riot gear also raided Buddhist monasteries on the outskirts of Yangon, beating and arresting dozens of monks, witnesses and Western diplomats said.
"I really hate the government. They arrest the monks while they are sleeping," said a 30-year-old service worker who witnessed some of the confrontations from his workplace. "These monks haven't done anything except meditating and praying and helping people."

A skilled hypnotherapist would be able to take them back to May 3rd and find out what REALLY happened...

PS I know that this will never *actually* happen, but who thinks it *should*? Thanks.

of doctoring the photograph...& who passed snide insinuations about Kate McCanns photoshop skills...don't you realise now how wrong you could be???

You blatantly accused the McCanns of orchestrating a PR spin on the sighting in Morroco.
You accused them of fraudulently super imposing their Madeleine's little face in a cheap attempt to divert attention away from the rumour of her murder.
You accused the well-meaning tourist of being part of a conspiracy to deceive the public.

Now that its come to light that the little girl is not Madeleine but Bushra Binhisa, the daughter of a Moroccan olive farmer
do you feel any guilt at the aspersions & accusations you have hurled against the McCanns for this mistaken sighting by a well-meaning tourist?

OR will you coolly drift onto another accusation with not a thought or regret at the misery your baseless insinuations have caused?

If we leave, Terrorist would take over and make it into Another Terrorist state like Iran 5-10 years from now.

If We stay, we got a Regional Foothold to mount Anti-Terrorist attacks.

Does anyone else notice that liberals find a way to gripe about everything no matter what decision is made.

Here is my example of what I am talking about.

On here you will see liberals bashing bush for not acting on a CIA intel memo that was written prior to 9/11 that stated an attack was going to happen. Now this memo was written by intel agents.

Then you will see liberals on here that bash bush for acting on intel reports from the same CIA that gave him reports that Saddam had WMD's and that they were a real threat to America.

My question is how do they fualt him saying he should have took the intel memo at face value on one occasion then fault him later for doing exactly what they said he should have done the 1st time.

I say make up your minds should he have trust in the intel or not. Of course when he did trust the intel they said he lied.

Today the ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) raided 11 McDonald's stores and its corp. office in Reno today and rounded up 50 illegal aliens working there. Other uninvolved businesses closed their doors early today when they found out about the raids too. There was a small Mexican protest in Reno, but I'm wondering if this will make national news being that it is the McDonald's empire being affected.

that named it so? and additionally, he specifically mentions the "outrage of the american people"! True. We are so outraged, why doesn't CNN cover minute by minute the horror that the people are living right now in Burma while militia breaks lawlessly into homes and acts totally unchecked against people who are sacrificing their lives so the rest of the world can see what it means to have no freedom to protest. And it's not on TV!!

I suspect that the part about the official condemnation that may cause Bush to say one thing and do nothing, is that the assets of the "generals" have been frozen world-wide. Good. I almost applauded the man and thought I might have been wrong about him.

Now I get the impression that he has either been told to back down and change that condemnation, or he will just simply "propagandate" but do nothing. These frozen accounts belong to the people of Burma.

What is the latest on what's happening in Burma? Does anyone out there know?

just in case youve lost track..here are the latest dodges...
She refused to say whether she would pull all U.S. troops out of Iraq by 2013
• Clinton ducked the question of whether Israel had the right to bomb Iran if the country posed a nuclear threat.
• She sidestepped a question about whether she would voluntarily disclose the names of contributors to Bill Clinton's presidential library.
She even ducked the question of which team she'd root for if her hometown Chicago Cubs met the New York Yankees in next month's World Series.
She dodged when asked what she would "put on the table" to save Social Security, such as a proposal to raise Social Security taxes on incomes above $97,000
along with of course, travlegate, filegate, whitwater, the vince foster coverup, etc, etc, etc,
AND YOU LIBERALS ARE DYING FOR EIGHT MORE YEARS OF THIS....WHY?
