Instead of acting like it's not my problem? Until it becomes a
Monster? And then wanting to kill somebody over it?
How about owning up to simple human errors, and just fixing
the problems?

:A diplomatic source said North Korea had demanded the United States and four other countries provide it with 2 million tonnes of heavy fuel oil annually -- worth about $600 million"

Only $600 million? What the hell, that is peanuts compared to the hundreds of billions a year Bush is spending on Iraq. Why Doesn't Bush allot $600 towards NK as the money would be spent on Terror, right?

USA doesn't want the issue to go away because they will make more money with NK as a threat. Japan and others will buy Billions and billions of military equipment from the USA only as long as they have a threat over there.

NK is America's cash cow, why shoot it?

The way the political outfit of CPI(M) is handling events in West Bengal, it seems that their relevance needs to be seriously questioned. Agriculture is not prosperous anymore to Government, so they want manufacturing in, for which farmers have to be evicted. Isn't service sector more suitable than manufacturing, and aren't the virtual services more "profitable" than their contempories ? TATAs have a legacy of improving production after lowering workers. How can People's car project be an exclusion ? TATAs can incorporate Peoples Car with existing assembly lines, why aren't they doing this ? Most of the advisors to W Bengal government are economists and so are their rulers. How do they come to conclusion that their party can do without support of common citizens ? Has CPI(M) become another corporate ?

seriously, someone please explain this to me. Im 22 years old, and Im just now starting to get interested in being politically informed. I plan on reading the book fiasco sometime in the near future (about the iraq war), but I do have a ton of school reading to do (I'm a senior in the university of california system--humanities major). why did this war start? why are we still there? I don't understand: theres been talk about 911, al quaeda, sadam hussein, bringing democrarcy to iraq, finding weapons of mass destruction, oil, the war on terror (what terror?)----I don't understand!!!! someone please give me a brief explanation of why the U.S. has been told we're going to war and why we've been told we're still going to war (plus, the underlying deceptions and lies and ulterior motives that you are aware of....). thanks so much!

The Dixie Chicks completed a defiant comeback on Sunday night, winning five Grammy awards after being shunned by the country music establishment over the group's anti-Bush comments leading up to the Iraq invasion. Now the country knows they ( Dixie Chicks ) were correct.

i have not heard him say anything as far what his platform is.. what his plan would be for Iraq. or where he stands on anything for that matter. HOWEVER i do know that he endorsed a good for nothing Todd Stroger in Cook County Illinois who has proceeded to put nepotism in to effect by hiring his cousin at an exhorbitant salary while cutting social services to the poor and the working poor and seniors. also shutting down hospitals and clinic. If THIS person is what Obama supported for election I would never vote for him for prez (he will not get ther nomination anyway I don't think )

Or would the US/Israel just hit the nuclear plants and leave? Would they try to do the same thing they did in Iraq; overthrow the government? If so, would there be a civil war in Iran similar to Iraq, even though most of Iran is Shia?

Will there be any civilian casualty?

we have to debate in world geography n i need some opinions

Should the United States withdraw all troops from Iraq or should we stay the course?

1) You will research and prepare an argument for EACH SIDE of the conflict.
*You must be able to argue in favor of withdrawal.
*You must be able argue in favor of remaining in Iraq.
3) Each argument MUST include historical and current event information as well as important people or theories related to the issue.

so yeah, thanks if u can help
