Why is it that when Males sexually abuse children its a TOTAL OUTRAGE " OH MY GOODNESS " EXECUTE HIM! THROWN HIM IN PRISON

But yet when females rape children " Oh thats ok, no problem "

I view this as discrimination

Right now, the prettier you are, the less of a sentence you will get, look at Debra Lafave, one attorney said " It's like throwing in a piece of fresh meat in with the hounds ". I don't know I think this idea is really upsurd.

But if a male teacher is spending an awful lot of time with a female student independently, you bet your butt a lot of people will be walking by to check if theres nothing inappropriate going on..

What are your people's views on this?

OK, I see a lot of people around with banners that say "Support Our Troops". I believe in that and I believe in them. I'm wondering though, why some people who want to end the war and bring the troops home are being accused of not supporting the troops. Which is more supportive: To keep them in a civil war where a few more die every day, or to bring them home?

Barbara Walters of Television's 20/20 did a story on gender roles in Kabul, Afghanistan, several years before the Afghan conflict. She noted that women customarily walked 5 paces behind their husbands. She recently returned to Kabul and observed that women still walk behind their husbands.

From Ms. Walter's vantage point, despite the overthrow of the oppressive Taliban regime, the women seemed to walk even further back behind their husbands and were happy to maintain the old custom.
Ms. Walters approached one of the Afghani women and asked, "Why do you now seem happy with the old custom that you once tried so desperately to change?"

The woman looked Ms. Walters straight in the eyes, and ithout hesitation said, "Land Mines."

MORAL OF THE STORY: BEHIND EVERY MAN IS A SMART WOMAN.

How can you prove that on the 9/11 planes there really were hijackers, when at least 9 out of the 19 hijackers specified in the Government Federal Report are alive ?

Has anyone thought of the possibility that these aircrafts were remote controlled ?

NASA performed tests of remote controlled aircrafts crashing years ago.

If the "terrorists" are alive, how can we beleive what the bush administration tells us ?

Was Osama Bin Laden correct?
When soldiers were killed and their bodies butchered in Somali- the answer was to cut and run- and from the onset of the Iraq invasion- there were individuals ready to quit at any set-back?

Let me make it clear- I am not passing on the validity of the Iraq situation- What I am asking is, because the majority of them neither are hurt by, nor have to sacrifice anything for the foreign policy of their nation- are these protestors mostly a bunch of wishy-washy, smug and insulated crybabies?

I'm not sure this has a right or wrong answer but I do think it an important exercise to do. After all America was either bought, stoled, or given to its current occupiers, just as the Israelis. Should America be give back to the Indians "their" lands and everyone else go back to where they descended from? This seems like an absurd question to Americans. Isn't the real question not who has the right but can't we get along no matter what the nation is called and who resides there? Maybe if we started seeing each other as world citizens and less of us vs. them we'd have a whole lot less strife in this world.
