Why is it that when Males sexually abuse children its a TOTAL OUTRAGE " OH MY GOODNESS " EXECUTE HIM! THROWN HIM IN PRISON
But yet when females rape children " Oh thats ok, no problem "
I view this as discrimination
Right now, the prettier you are, the less of a sentence you will get, look at Debra Lafave, one attorney said " It's like throwing in a piece of fresh meat in with the hounds ". I don't know I think this idea is really upsurd.
But if a male teacher is spending an awful lot of time with a female student independently, you bet your butt a lot of people will be walking by to check if theres nothing inappropriate going on..
What are your people's views on this?

I absolutely agree with you. Us women have been screaming for years about gaining equal rights. But along with that comes taking equal responsibility for our actions. I despise this attitude where men are looked at as tyrannical aggressors and women are these innocent little victims. You bring up a good point with Lafave. There's kind of a subclass in this discrimination. Pretty, white blonds like Lafave get a slap on the wrist for screwing a 14-year-old student. An unattractive and/or minority woman would get a harsher sentence. But if a male had sex with 14-year-old female student he'd probably get 30 years in prison. Watch these two "Barbie Bandits" will get two months probation and four hours community service. If two men did the same thing they'd get 10-15 years in prison (15-20 if they were black or Hispanic). Sorry if I'm ranting but I just loathe how our "justice" system treats people differently on the basis of race, gender and economic class.

well strangely enough in my high school and high schools around me a lot of female teacher have gotten arrested for rape against some male students forcing them into sexual acts by threatening to lower there grades or give them detentions and i think that anyone that rapes has serious issues that should be fixed and it is kind of twisted that people say throw the guy rapist in the chair but throw the woman rapist in jail for 12 years.

I disagree, as a infant this is the effect of rape is a persevering with reminder to the female of the nerve-racking adventure that happened to her. that youngster isn't a made of affection or marriage or any form of healthful courting, so why ought to she ought to bypass in the direction of the discomfort of elevating it and taking good care of it, and paying expenditures for it,? What if the beginning of that youngster did no longer bypass as planned or is going horribly incorrect and the female now has a severe well-being illness for the the remainder of her life, or worse yet, what if she dies in childbirth? i do no longer think of this is undemanding for the youngster the two to be accompanied and later sorting out they have been a made of rape, because of the fact merely approximately each and every accompanied baby desires to be attentive to their previous. it might desire to do severe psychological injury to the youngster as nicely. i think of that abortion is merely suited under a rape condition. It does the two events great injury in the lengthy run. each and every baby must be born into this earth being enjoyed and needed with the help of their mom and father.

Rape is rape, regardless of who is doing it, and yesmen get raped as well.
Your comment about teachers and students is true as well. When I was in High School (not that long ago). My english teacher was helping a female student in another class to mine, but I was socially acquainted with her. She told him to just give her an A. When he refused, all of a sudden she accused him of molesting her. It was complete lies, and she told everyone it was. The teacher was cleared, but still had to go to another school, because that sort of accusation never leaves you.

Well I think this is a deep seeded issue. It go's back to living simply lives, family values. Corp rate America and our Globalism dose not help much. We need to be more self sufficient, less dependant on government. And teach people good morals and ethics.

Women want equality. If a man was let off without a jail sentence all the women's groups would be up in arms. So I'm for equal punishment.

It is rare for a female to be a pedophile. Her case was dropped because she is bipolar, which is associated with intense and irregular mood swings and with hypersexuality and poor judgment during manic episodes. Bipolar disorder is a serious mental illness, one step down from schizophrenia.

It's obviously a sexist issue. Women get lighter sentences for virtually any crime that is committed...not just child rape. We demand equality until we get into trouble, then we yell, "Pity me... I'm just a poor weak girl." And the juries swallow it.

I am not a sexist on this subject. Child predators should get the death penalty. They are a waste of tax dollars to put them in prisons, and they cannot be rehabilitated.
