They should be ridiculed as being a nation known for their high level of intelligence , they still refuse to accept whales as endangered species

Criticising people only makes them more stubborn. Boycotting whale products is ineffective because whales aren't sold outside of Japan. Greenpeace methods endanger people. If there's a real way to stop this practice, I'd like to hear it.

If they whale in their own waters but they don't they come down towards Australia,NZ and Antarctica and pretend that its scientific research and for that they should be criticized.
