WHAT YEAR WILL THE USA GO TO WAR WITH pAKISTAN after Iran because reasons is war with pAKISTAN 9/11, if US will attack on Iran soon pAKISTAN not support to US,many talibans and main network of talibans in pAKISTAN surly osma in pakistan and this is very dangerous for America what u say?

Blair is responsible for our poor health service which causes the death of many children due to insufficient money spent on care rather than bureaucracy. Young people are being murdered on our own streets as he has let lawlessness rampage throughout the UK. God knows how many children his policy has killed in Iraq and what about his tolerance of Mugabe's genocide. How can he be allowed to appear on a programme that is trying to save children when he shows no desire to do so on every other day he is our leader?

Is green designated money really going to green projects or infrastructure and other things that should be paid for from other sources?

Check in your area, local news, talk to your officials and read the fine print.

Make sure you know what green funds should be used forby common definiton! Examples;investing in alternative energy, green buildings, innovation and so on.

Does the process that approve the spending of these funds meet those criteria?

How are these gifts of moneies being promoted and does the PR match the use of the money. Example, city name...gets green funding! To go to green projects! then it goes to infrastructure with a token amount to a something that could be considered moderate green innitiative.



I am seeing some things are being approved that are just normal stuff that should be covered by municipalities.

i'm struggling here, i'm trying to find 2 scholarly articles for my annotated bibliography and I've used this www.scholar.google.com, but it gives me these links that aren't even articles, it gives me a link to a book(which I can't look at, unless I buy it or subscribe to their internet service), is a book a scholarly article?....so again, what qualifies as a scholarly article or what is a scholarly article?
