Peace has to come from the heart true peace is when everything is going haywire that you can keep a clear head. As Far as World Peace there is no such thing not as long as there are greedy people, As long as there are people wanting what is on the other side of the fence as long as there are politics there will be no World peace so basically never. Also Just a word for thought History repeats itself there is nouthing truely new under the sun just diffrent ways of commiting the same acts.

There will be increasing conflict for the next 15-20 years. After that, there will be a period of relative peace and prosperity. (There will never be total peace in the world as we know it.)
The reason for this is the historical cycle. After WWII, there was a period of (mostly) peace and prosperity, followed by a period of discontent and selfishness, followed by the present period of increasing conflict. The conflict will lead to a major international conflict. Once there is a winner, there will be relative peace again.

Never. And the reason: Human Nature.
While there are the vindictive, greedy, power seeking, corrupt individuals, there will never be peace.
There is no way to get rid of them without just going out and annihilating every last one of them.., and innocent people would get caught in the crossfire of the frenzied. Thats the price of "attempting" to exterminate the inhuman among the human. You have to become inhuman and pursue these vermin to the last drop of blood.
i.e., violence begets violence. It takes violence to attain a facsimile of peace, and thats all it would be. In my humble opinion.
The only hope for global peace, is the return of Jesus Christ. Short of that, peace is not possible.

There was no peace on earth in any ones lifetime, and I regret to say that there will no be no peace for as long as man inhabits the planet..
