Blair is responsible for our poor health service which causes the death of many children due to insufficient money spent on care rather than bureaucracy. Young people are being murdered on our own streets as he has let lawlessness rampage throughout the UK. God knows how many children his policy has killed in Iraq and what about his tolerance of Mugabe's genocide. How can he be allowed to appear on a programme that is trying to save children when he shows no desire to do so on every other day he is our leader?

Spin! - that will be the legacy of new labour, when we sent troops to Iraq Mr tony b.liar proudly said we were sending the best army in the world, correct but he omitted to say they only had about half the equipment needed to carry out his blood fest - 1 bullet was all it needed

The deafening silence from Bliar and Beckett over Mugabe tells us all we need to know about the hypocrisy of this government.
Oswald W the U.N. believe it or not has no direct mandate to interfere in the internal affairs of any country. South Africa has been constantly blocking further action against Mugabe on these grounds. They have had the constant support of two great democracies,China and Russia. These three countries also defended Burma on the same the same pretext.

I posed a similar question
Tony Blair, is he bovvered?
I have only had answers saying it was for charity, well done him, lightened up etc etc
I feel this was a poor attempt at portraying him as a good guy who cares about the causes helped by Comic Relief.
If he really did care he might do something about the poor and needy in his own and other countries. I see that now the doomed 2012 Olympics will be taking Lottery money, is that not taking money AWAY from charty projects?
I think people in his position should be authority figures to be respected, not laughed at.

Blair is not responsible for our poor health service. The NHS has always been battered this way and that in the name of 'the next great idea' by various politicians. If you are old enough to remember the last conservative government you will know how this government has invested vast sums of much needed money into our NHS and schools.
Neither is Mr Blair or any other leader responsible for what is happening in Zimbabwe. There are doubtless many able men in positions of relative power close to Mugabe who could and should overturn their insane leader - army leaders etc hold the key to that country's problems (remember what happened in Romania).
I agree Mr Blair fcukd up good and proper in Iraq.
I don't believe many of us white Anglo Saxons inhabit the same planet as the kids in inner cities who end up shot or stabbed to death. Perhaps government can do more to help but I think community leaders, parents etc who understand this alternative Britain need to help and lead the way.

Having said all that. He was very good in his Catherine Tait sketch wasn't he, which proves what we've always known - he's a talented actor!

the man is surely one of the biggest hypocrites in britain. who is he trying to kid by going on comic relief, whilst at the same time remaining tightlipped on the crisis in zimbabwe and pathetically trying to defend his reputation, which is going down the pan? it sickens me to no end. i don't believe a word he says nowadays. it's obvious his policies have gone against the british people and thus he has screwed up in everything- and still he goes on national tv, tagging along and acting as if he is one of us. no, blair, you're never one of us and you never will be. i love britain i really do, i was born a brit and will die a brit. but it makes me despair to see this nation being effed up and it's people being screwed and lied to by a bunch of overpaid, arrogant, conniving and thieving scoundrels in tony blair and co. the truth though is that it's not just that he doesn't care- it's that he doesn't care enough. the sooner the election arrives the better because hopefully most of us would vote out bliar and labour out of office

Hi Assasin, Everything about Blair and his New Labour Filth is a Sick Joke -- He and most of his Cronies should be charged with Treason and Locked up for a Very Long Time .......

Oh, i presumed all Tate's sketches on comedian relief have been hilarious! The Tony Blair one replaced into great - Lauren ultimately met her experience! -, Deal or No Deal replaced suited right into a snort yet my well-known replaced into the single with David Tennant. "D'you fancy Billie Piper, sir?" great stuff =)

Yes, the Labour Government has been in power long enough to remedy what the Tories caused.

THEY slashed the NHS - and POLICE - and the MILITARY.

If you read the papers or news, you should know that it is Hospital Managers who are squandering the Millions pumped into the NHS.
