It isn't likely there will be a "big" conspiracy...there will be many little ones that will be touted, and the accumulation of all sorts of paranoid speculations will accrue, and steps will be taken to meet dozens of perceived 'threats', and government will escalate, and police actions will increase, and we will endure it all until we revolt or civil disobedience erupts in protest.
