illegal means illegal to me. I don't care how long anyone has been in this country illegally, they are still here illegally and breaking the law. This is to say someone murders someone and isn't caught for 20 years. During that time he has been a model citizen.. do we just say oh well, he is a good person now and made a mistake?? no way, we prosecute him and lock him up.. I am so sick of people supporting illegal immigration it drives me nuts!!!!!

Those of you who feel we should only hire Americans for jobs...did you realize that based on EEOC guidelines, we cannot discriminate against a person based on race, gender, etc. and that includes the fact that we cannot ask an applicant about their country of national origin. There are some people that were born in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona who grew up speaking Spanish, just like there are people who grew up near New Orleans that speak Cajun.

So, while we have to verify identification once they are hired for the I-9 form, if their papers are legitimate, they are willing to work and to show up every day, we cannot discriminate against someone just because they might be from a different country.

If they have never follow the guide lines and the requirements required by law of the United States of America and have not taken the test, then they are still illegals!

If they are not American citizens they have no rights in this Country and certainly not the right to assemble and demand rights they do not have and it should be stopped.

The reason why they come over here is because the jobs are made available to them. If you want to stop illegal immigration, blame the U.S. companies who hire them without checking to see if they are actually citizens.

If businesses didn't hire illegals, they wouldn't keep coming over.

What legal right did the first caucasians have when they stole property from the native indian people? Maybe all of the white and other colour American residents should go back to where they came from too!!

Well if business would stop hiring them they wouldn't come here for jobs. We have enough americans and people from other countries who did come her legally and have become a citizen honestly finding jobs we don't need to give them away to people who just fill up our jails and bring chaos to our country. 45% of all crimes and jails are undocumented people

USA is a land of immigrants.Firstly it will be impossible to identify the people you`ve mentioned. And in a way American Companies are all in favour of migration of workers. So we need to talk to them first
