I have halves of pecans on top of a pumpkin pie, My mother in law said are you bringing a pecan pumpkin pie? I saw yes, it doesn't look like hers last year, but it looks great. Is this okay? Would you eat it?

There is mould growing in the crevices in the bathroom. I clean it once a week but it seems to be growing from underneath the tiles. Is there a quick fix solution or it is going to require a complete renovation.

I am renting the property and the landlord put new sealant on the day before we moved in. It is growing from underneath it now... so i think he was trying to cover it up!

HELP!

I always wake up to massive condensation on all windows every morning, to the extent that I now have mould starting to grow around window and door frames. I have a de-humidifier on all day long. The condensation is worse as the weather gets colder, so I am wondering if the old worn double glazing is the problem.

Anybody any suggestions please?

I live in a 2 story town house and it is always colder in the winter upstairs. Why? I thought heat rises. In the summer the up stairs always stays hot. I closed some of the vents down stairs and it still hasn't helped. There are fewer vents per room upstairs is that maybe why? We have already been setting the heat at 74 at night and it is so cold up stairs. During the day when i am downstairs I turn it to 70 and it's fine. What the heck can i do to control my bills this winter?

every time i read something on the web it is cold. then i started reading that u should use hot(about 100 F) or warm.

i also read that the high temperature wilts them, but if they r already wilted, then hat water revives them.

We moved into our house one year ago, but I was wondering and seriously considering buying a carbon Monoxide detector because we have a furnace. We bought them for our house in the UK, just to be safe, but the house was like typical houses in the UK oldish. Since our house in the US is newer, should we need to still buy a detector? Thank You.

My parents recently moved into a new house and would like to get some lights to line their walkway. They need to be bright enough for my mother to see the path, but they don't like the cool toned lights. Does anyone know of a good brand/model of solar light that might fit the bill? I've been researching this and am having a hard time finding something other than the white LED lights which I know would be the cool toned they don't like.

Thanks in advance for all your help!

I am trying to come up with an idea for an image that relates to what maintinence to the interior of a home helps prevent damage to it. Ex. By allowing sunlight in it helps prevent mold, or by venting air it helps prevent moisture buildup, or preventing rust and corrosion in a water heater and so on...
Basically, what image or picture comes to mind when you think of this??

It can be material in nature, but it doesn't have to be. You can exclusively own it, or part own it with others. Or if you don't own a white thing, the main thing all round is that you enjoy it and benefit from it.

Hi I was wondering if someone could recommend a good breadmaker and specifically tell me is this one good? I want a breadmaker that mixes and kneeds the dough and stuff. Pretty much one that I just throw all the stuff in and it does the work :--)) Thanks for reading and helping.
