Hi. I'm looknig for something similar to the ecofan that could sit atop one of our cast-iron radiators in our house and blow heat to the other side of the room where there is some plumbing. I believe a real ecofan would turn so slowly that its effect would be ver minor. They're also pretty expensive. Any thoughts?

The company who have failed to send me the goos ordered is: The Mirror, Euro House, Cremers Road, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3US. They stated in their advertisement that goods could take up to 28 days to deliver. I ordered on September 5th. It is now October 14th. I have contacted them and they blame their suppliers. What can I do? Who do I complain to?

I'm a first time buyer and I finally found a flat that I really like! But it only has 76 years left on the lease. Can anyone advise me if I should look elsewhere or is it worth puting an offer? What concerns me is how expensive it'll be to extend it in future when I sell it. The property is a 2 bedroom flat - built in 1983 and started with a 99 year lease. - Thanks in advance!

Looking to move to South Oxfordshire. Having real trouble finding somewhere. Agents charge extortionate rents, and can't find anything suitable in a flatshare. Wondered if such a thing existed as renting an annexe or private part, perhaps if someone had a large property and wanted to let it informally. Wondered if there is an alternative to standard letting agents and flat share websites.

My friend tells me she's moving, wants to get rid of these roaches her neighbors (in same building) brought in when they moved there. She said she's hoping to get rid of them as quickly as possable so she doesn't move them when she moves. Any suggestions? I have NO idea what to tell her, so I told her I'ld look it up online...so, anyway, can anyone help so I don't go back empty handed? THANKS!!
