Fan to sit on top of (home) radiator?

Hi. I'm looknig for something similar to the ecofan that could sit atop one of our cast-iron radiators in our house and blow heat to the other side of the room where there is some plumbing. I believe a real ecofan would turn so slowly that its effect would be ver minor. They're also pretty expensive. Any thoughts?

i don't know the brand name, they work off extreme heat, no power - 110 vac.
saw it in country side magazine, & lehmans catalog!
