I have an indoor plant with trailing vines which keep getting longer and longer- Help?

It is a beautiful Hoya (Tricolor) the vines don't have any leaves yet can I short (cut) them without harming the plant?

Clip them & re-pot them.

Pinch out the leading vines it will stop it from getting uncontrollabe and promote leaf growth. LF
