is there a difference between a loft, apartment, flat are a condo?? do one have more space than another? do they have to be in different places ? one in the city are one located in the surburbs?? can some one plz explain the difference? my brother stay in the city he calls his place a loft?? but it looks the same as my apartement in the suburbs me confused???

I found an OLD "United States Army" Sterling Silver ring in the ground in my front yard. Apperently before i got the property, they used this specific spot for burning. The Ring has some burned build up on it. i used a small sknife and when i scraped carefully, the silver showed. Is there a way to clean this without scraping? i tried "Mr. Metel" but only cleaned very few places. anything like an acid or something?

I messed my credit up when I was younger. My credit score is 0. I want my own house sooooo bad for my children. How do I do it, with having the bad credit? Someone seemed to think that the fact that their child ended a period of constipation in my Pool was OK! I am not so keen on this, and now the rest of my family wont swim in it until it has been completely drained. Can someone tell me if I really need to go through the rigmarol of doing this? Thanks

Has anyone heard of using dry ice in a well to open up spots to free water? We had a well drilled 200' and we believe the driller missed the veins by a few feet not in depth but in the location he drilled. Since we were out of cash we couldn't have him drill anymore. Were now out 7000 and no water.

at the same complex, can you break your lease because you are moving into a higher rent apartment or are you stuck for the whole time. For example someone living in a one bedroom and they marry someone with children and need a larger place and don't want their lease to determine their marriage date or anything.

We installed a 4 foot chain link fence 1 year ago. We have 2 small boys and have been seeing coyotes near the fence. We are looking for a way to add some height to the fence to feel alittle more secure. ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated! We are trying to NOT have to rip out the fence and put up a new one. HELP!

The key to my apartment building is the same as the key to my apartment. My landlady says that the other people in the building can only use their keys to open the door to the building, but not to my apartment. Her exact words were "Locksmiths can key locks so that a key opens the front door and each apt separately." Is this possible? How does it work?
