Hi, It means where someone lives, ie a house or a dwelling anywhere you can sleep etc. Not an office or industrial unit!
Flats etc count (several residential unit stacked together!)

it means anywhere that is used as a dwellinghouse - to use the correct term, only and not for commercial purposes (business).
