I totally agree. Hot Springs seems to have given me the least trouble and most readilly available parts. And I've repaired hundreds of various brands of spas over the years.

From a service point of view, I find the Hot Springs to be superior.High quality tubs, easy to get parts or accessories and they're not likely to go out of business as many hot tub manufacturers do.

I'm not biased here, we don't sell them. It just seems to me that I've had fewer repair issues with them versus other brands.

Hot Springs spas are the highest quality spas I have seen. The warranty is five years long and the parts and service are included with the warranty. They have all the features and more that you will ever want and the moto massage is great. They are a little pricey but you do get what you pay for with Hot springs.

Hot Springs brand Spas make the best spas http://www.hotspring.com/index_spas_hot_spring.html then you can check out their virtual showroom. I personally like the Vanguard model. My family owns a pool and spa store and we only sell quality products. They use such advanced technology that many of their competitors have nothing like it. The jets are wonderful too! Nice variety of jet types that all feel differently so no seat is the same.

For a purchase like this i'd truly "do my homework" before making any type of determination. there is a great number of fantastic alternatives obtainable and that i'm positive you'll detect one which will serve your particular needs, which aren't from now on an similar as somebody else's. good success!!
