I hate it when people are totally oblivious (intentional or not) to other people's feelings, or even their presence! I always try to be considerate of others (open doors for them, allow them to pass, or just smiling at them). I hate it when people just stare at me in a mean way (usually women), or when they bump into me and don't even say "excuse me." Why can't people just be pleasant to one another? I guess it's how you're raised. White, female, Michigan.

Rudeness that bothers me the most....

Religious beliefs: I doubt it's any one else's business what I choose or not choose for my religion. I don't want people to tell me I'm going to Hell for choosing not to believe in anything or to participate in a Church.

Gender: I'm sick and tired of men who think they can characterize me one way or the other simply because I'm dressed in a certain way. I hate it when men stare or whistle.

Country: Don't like it when people become offensive about our country. I realize our President and other Leaders are IGNORANT but that doesn't mean our entire Country is.

Immigrants: I'm an immigrant. I was an illegal immigrant, but I became a citizen just last month. The nasty things being said about people like me are offensive. I speak three languages, graduated from a university with honors...top honors, and I'm a teacher. I've never drained our society or "stolen" anything away from anyone. In fact, I've contributed more than many citizens I do know!

I'm not over sensitive...I'm just passionate.

I don't know that any one thing annoys me the most, but several really annoy me.
1. People who talk on cell phones when in a restraunt, doc's office, and when they are at the cashiers counter of a store attempting to purchase something while carrying on their convrsatioin. People who do these things generally talk in a volume that is usually reserved for outside sporting activities. They are rude, rude, rude!!! I don't want to hear their conversation, and I'm sure no one else does either. Also, I'm sure that the cashiers who have to try to deal with the customer who is on their cell phone, would like to throw the cell phone. I know that those of us in line behind the cell phone user would like them to turn it off and get on with the purchase so the rest of us can get on with our lives!

Another thing that annoys me greatly, and I find very rude, is when men talk to my chest, instead of my face. It makes me uncomfortabe. I mean hello, "they" (breasts) do not talk! It's not like I wear clothing where my chest is pushing out of my cloths. It's just a very annoying thing to me.

I can't stand the rudeness of "customer service reps"

whether they be cashiers, drive through attendants, waiters/waitresses or what have you....customer service has become a thing of the past, but what these rude CSR's need to realize is that without us CUSTOMERS, they wouldn't have a paycheck.

Beside typical cell phone inpropriorties -
I really get ticked off when people change lanes for no reason. No cars in front of them (they could clearly stay in their lane) - and no off ramps for miles,,,
Seems everyone has forgotton the fast lane is for passing and after the pass move OVER TO THE SLOWEST lane available.
