The company will use an ozonator and will clean the carpet. But isn't the odor also trapped in the pad? Will it smell a year after the cleaning?

My dishwasher is leaking from underneath. i stopped using it for a week and the motor just hummed the next time i tried to use it. After a months of non use because of it not working I found that all I needed to do was turn the motor fan to un jam it. Now I just have the leak problem. I found where it is coming from. I know what part to get. need an inpeller kit. Where the fan stem goes into the pump is where it is leaking. Wanted to know if anyone knew of a temporary fix till I get the part in.

We can't seem to find the battery--if any. Does the plastic casing come apart to reveal the battery? The beeping started when the power throughout the house was off yesterday for an hour.

I have a cub cadet 7275 small tractor. When I use the PTO it makes a rachet sound and slips. It sounds like the gears are not engaging good. I hope there is an adjustment I can make without major repair. If you have an idea I would really appreciate it.

This happens every so often and I'm concerned it might be something with the wiring or electricity in the house that can cause a fire. It's not my house, it's my mom's but her electricians don't seem to fix it right because it keeps happening. My boyfriend who is a carpenter suggested getting an additional circuit box or a bigger one with more connections for the different parts of the house...at least that's what I thought I understood him to say! What do I do?

I'm thinking of using a large propane heater, like the kind you may be familiar with at outdoor restaurants and bars, inside a (mostly) enclosed tent, and my gut tells me this will be a good way to create carbon monoxide. Is there a way to have a portable heating device inside a 20'x20' tent without causing such problems?

Often businesses have a busy season and a slow season, is this true of roofers? I was just wondering if there is a time of year when roofers might give someone a better deal than others.
