i am trying to get a note to dirt devil in regards to a vacuum i purchased?

i have a complaint about a dirt devil broom vac i purchased and i am not happy with the product and would like to send a complaint.

there is usually a number or address on the forms that come with it, or check the box, Dirt Devils have really gone downhill i just returned mine too.
